On 5th July, 2018, Dr Ian Adamson OBE presented his book A Journey to the Immortal Isles The Voyage of Bran, Son of Febal to the Down Capacity Building Initiative and the Dal Fiatach Cultural and Historical Society. The DCBI is based in Castle Square, Bangor, County Down, in the extensive grounds of the monastery in which the Voyage of Bran was written. The earliest of both Ulster and Irish Literature, the Voyage of Bran is a unique tale and a symbol of Common Identity throughout the British Isles, of which Helen Brooker gave her Pretani Education presentation.
