The next launch of Dr Ian Adamson’s book A Journey to the Immortal Isles, The Voyage of Bran, Son of Febal was held in the Barron Hall, Newtownabbey on Thursday 14th June 2018. The presentation was made to the members of the the historic inter community group in the heart of Glengormley. Dr Adamson spoke of the Kings and Queens of ancient and medieval Ulster, of King Matudan who gave his name to Ben Madigan or Cave Hill, of Queen Cantigern, King Fiachna and Prince Mongan of Dalaradia, of the Sea God Manannan mac Lir, of Comgall the founder of Bangor monastery, all of whom feature in the book.
